This October, a portion of proceeds from every greeting card purchased at a participating retailer, will be donated to the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA).

Social connection is crucial for our mental well-being. It makes us feel like we belong and others care about us. Belonging, at its core, is about feeling connected to our family, community, and the world surrounding us. In our everyday lives, we could all benefit from a little more love, kindness, and respect.
October is World Mental Health Month
Since 2021, we have partnered with the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) on an annual campaign to raise awareness of the power of human connection in support of mental well-being. We are proud that greeting cards can play a role in that connection. The campaign’s success has been made possible through the support of our many national retail partners, who have joined us in promoting it throughout their stores.
CMHA plays an instrumental role in promoting mental well-being and providing support to those facing mental health challenges. With a robust network of resources and compassionate professionals, CMHA fosters a nurturing environment for individuals to seek help and connect with others. The importance of connections cannot be overstated; social connection and a sense of belonging are essential to good mental health. Since 2021, our campaign has generated $230,000 to support mental health in Canada.

These engaging challenges revolve around a thoughtfully curated connection calendar created in partnership with CMHA, which is designed to guide you through daily acts of kindness, self-care, and meaningful connection-building activities.
